Elkhorn is known for its amazing cowboy kitchen style meals. The food is amazing!

At Elkhorn we love how meal times and incredible nutritious food brings us together... and we want to continue this tradition! Being off grid, food costs and running a kitchen is an enormous feat... and takes a lot of Worktrade hands, organization, energy and resources. 

Because of this, this year we are implementing a $20/per person "meal fee". Everyone attending (who expects to get fed) will need to pay this fee on the website. This $20 will allow us to continue with the meals and essentially breaks down to $1.60 per meal/per person!

This payment has been added to the registration for each age group. The fee is the same every age. (If you are a paying student no need to make any extra payments)

If you are an instructor, instructor family or Worktrade you will need to pay this fee separately on the registration page.

⚫ Registration is non refundable. Due to expenses and effort associated with food, porta-potties, parking, and worktrade we keep careful count of registration numbers and make plans accordingly, because of this we won’t be refunding money if your plans change after registering.

⚫ Dogs are not allowed at Elkhorn. We love dogs but our location is a working ranch with cattle and horses and so we are not allowed to have dogs on site. Unfortunately, there is no exception to this rule.

⚫Can I sell or gift my registration to a friend? You can sell or gift your registration to a friend, however you must contact us to complete the transfer and send contact information. info@elkhorngathering.com
